Fell's Point Residents Association Enforcement Petition
The Fell’s Point Residents Association, in collaboration with Fell’s Point Main Street, The Society for the Preservation of Federal Hill and Fell's Point, and Fell’s Point Community Organization, along with residents and businesses of Fell’s Point, would like to make
a formal request to your office for assistance with enforcement in our community; particular areas of concern include after-hours noise/large gatherings along the Broadway Square/Pier and Caroline St parking lots, open container violations, disruptive and dangerous vehicle traffic, DUI violations, and illegal parking.
